2. PLAN

Planning and Design.

I am passionate about fireplace design. My ultimate goal with every client, is to significantly improve the look of your home. I achieve this by designing what I can only describe as a fantastic piece of visual fire art.

Visual fire art is accomplished by choosing a stove product with a beautiful living flame that compliments your fireplace design, adding that finishing touch. Whilst listening very closely to your hopes and aspirations, to ensure my company delivers the fireplace and stove setting of your dreams.

3. EXECUTE

Great care is taken in the way each bespoke fireplace design is produced by using only the finest quality materials. You will be assured of a beautifully finished product for your home.

Once you approve my bespoke design specification in terms of overall design and materials to be used in the process. My team of highly skilled craftsmen will execute the design process under my complete supervision.

4. DELIVER

Installation and After Sales Service.

I know how important it is that your bespoke fireplace is delivered on schedule and installed to your complete satisfaction.

I take great pride in my desire to guarantee you are fully satisfied with the end product.

Indeed my aspiration is to ensure your order and the customer service you receive exceeds your expectations at all the way through to our highly acclaimed after sales service.

FREE SURVEY VISIT

For the more complex installations we will always survey your property prior to any work commencing.

For the more straight forward installations which would not normally require a home visit, we would always offer a survey if it helps give you peace of mind and the confidence to proceed with the purchase. This is always free of charge.

DELIVERY – HELPFUL INFORMATION

We know how busy your life can be.

So wherever possible, we will work around your personal circumstances to deliver your product at the most suitable time for you, within an allocated time window that is subject to weather and traffic conditions.

INSTALLATION – ABOUT TO START

We understand the need for a timely installation.

Our fitters have a busy daily work schedule, so an exact arrival time is not possible. We will however give you a 2 hour time window for the commencement of your installation and the approximate time it will take to fit your product.

You will take great pride in your home. So like you, we will always take great care to ensure your home is looked after.

Finally always arrive with plenty of dust sheets and remove all the waste materials from your home.

INSTALLATION – COMPLETED

You will be required to pay the fitter for his work on the day.

Once the installation is complete and only when you are completely satisfied we have met the agreed installation requirements, will you be asked to pay the balance of the materials cost.

We again respect the need for cleanliness and we will ensure your home is left the way we found it, added to the fact you will now have a stunning feature to admire and enjoy in the years to come.
